Butt : Black Herl.
Body : Two turns black floss, remainder black Seal's fur.
Ribs : Silver tinsel, silver lace for the larger sizes.
Hackle : Black hackle from blue floss.
Throat : Jay.
Wings : Mixed : tippet, Scarlet Ibis and Gallina in strands; Golden Pheasant tail, Bustard, Teal, Black Cockaato tail, Swan dyed
            green, and dark yellow; 2 strips Mallard over.
Horns : Bue Macaw.
Head : Black herl.
 
 
Black Jay : Hardy and Hale. (Hale has the Hackle from floss silk).(Mr. Kelson).
Tag : Silver twist and a dark yellow silk.

Wings : Mixed- Tippet; Ibis, and gallina, golden pheasant tail, bustard, teal, black cockatoo's tail, and swan dyed
            green and dark yellow; twoo strips of mallard above.
Horns : Blue macaw.
Head : Black.
