Hackle : A speckled feather from the rump of a cock Grouse (one side stripped) from third turn of tinsel.
Throat : Same as hackle.
Wings : Tippet in strands, veiled by Golden Pheasant breast feather in strands; Broad strips of speckle Gallina wing; strips of
brown Mallard over.
Horns : Blue and yellow Macaw.
Head : Black herl.
